Crystal Rock Office Building
A three-story building designed for medical providers includes high efficiency roof top units with energy recovery and the first green roof installed in upper Montgomery County. The green roof is designed to reduce storm water runoff from the site and consists of a concrete deck, lightweight soil, and sedum plantings.
